This site has no account system and no in-game mailbox. Email is the contact path for a wrong time, a privacy question, or a correction to the schedule.

If a time looks wrong

Include enough detail to compare the page with the game:

• The region tab you had selected: Global (Community Model A), Korea, or Taiwan.
• The time zone shown on the countdown.
• The local time this page gave for the next open, and the phase (Upcoming or Open).
• The in-game time you saw for the same rift.

A gap of more than a minute means the schedule file needs a correction. Until that publish, use the in-game clock. The site cannot see your character or which server you are standing on.
